The event will take place on the 27th and the 29th of October with screenings at the Goethe Institute and at the Yunus Emre Institute in Amsterdam. The artist talks will be moderated by curator Lorenzo Benedetti. Lorenzo Benedetti was appointed as chief curator of the project in July 2013. De Appel arts centre's project space will host a serie of preview screenings from September 12 until September 20 and from September 29 until October 8. This second edition of 'Directions' is supported by: Czech Center (Rotterdam), Goethe Institut Niederlande (Amsterdam), Italian Institute of Culture (Amsterdam), TCH Projects - Hungarian Cultural Forum (Amstelveen) and Yunus Emre Instituut (Amsterdam). Broersen & Lukacs have been selected in collaboration with LIMA international platform for sustainable access to media (Amsterdam).
